Bail

A form of
property (money, bond etc.) that is paid to the court by a person accused of
committing a crime. This paid property will release the accused person from the
keeping of jail till the next court session.

Bail’s payment is thought to
ensure the accused person’s returning to next court sessions that are solving
his/her guiltiness. Bail sometimes can
be paid back to the accused person whether he/she was found guilty or not.
