Condition

Condition - is contained in the content of juridical act, which subordinate creation or termination of legal effect from future and uncertain event.

Condition precedent - if the event does occur, arises legal result of the juridical act (ex. gift a car for the children under condition completed by him school year without unsatisfactory grades)

Condition subsequent - if the event come true, made expiry of the result of juridical act (ex. contract extension of the company with condition that company made profits for the year)
